As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of TarHeel Tech, Matthew brings over eight years of experience in IT services and technology solutions, combined with the discipline and problem-solving skills gained from his time serving in the Marines. His goal is to provide cutting-edge, reliable, and sustainable IT solutions for businesses and individuals for North Carolina.

Megan Foster
With eight years of experience in solar and utility database management, Megan specializes in Excel/Esri data creation and management/CAD, holding 20 Esri certifications. She has a Master’s in Environmental GIS and a Bachelor’s in Archaeology, combined with engineering experience, bringing a unique, data-driven approach to TarHeel Tech.
